CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched. Reach out to us as soon as possible and we will take care of it.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? Once your order is placed, you can monitor its status in real time by viewing your order through the order confirmation email sent to you. 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM? Every Ruvexis piece is inspected before it leaves us. In the rare event that something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at the email below. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and we will resolve it without hassle.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? It is straightforward:

  1. Browse the collection and open any product for full details — material, dimensions, available sizes, and pricing.
  2. add the piece to your cart.
  3. When you are ready, go to your cart and click Place Order.
  4. Enter your delivery information and confirm it is correct.
  5. Choose your payment method — Cash on Delivery or Card.
  6. Click Complete Order and you are done.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE? Completely. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal data with anyone. The information you provide — name, address, contact number, payment details — is used solely to process and deliver your order. It is never disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

IS IT SAFE TO PAY ONLINE ON YOUR WEBSITE? Yes. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption. We accept direct Bank Transfer without any third parties being involved. Follow the instructions and you payment will be securely verified by out team.

WILL THE PRODUCT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS? We photograph every piece carefully to represent it as accurately as possible. Minor variations in finish or tone may appear depending on your screen's color settings and lighting conditions in the image. The material, form, and detail will always match what is shown.
