CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. All Ruvexis pieces are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or faulty.
- The item received does not match what you ordered.
To raise a dispute, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing ruvexastore@gmail.com or text on Whatsapp +92 323 3936989. We review every case individually and aim to be fair to both parties.
If your item is confirmed as defective or incorrectly sent, a replacement will be arranged. You will be required to send clear photographic evidence of the issue within 4 days of receiving your order before any exchange can be processed.
WHEN CAN WE NOT PROCESS AN EXCHANGE?
There are certain situations where an exchange cannot be accommodated:
- The exchange request is made after the 7-day window.
- The item shows signs of wear or use.
- The item has been tampered with or altered.
- Any part of the original packaging is missing — including tags, labels, protective wrapping, or accessories included in the box.
- Exchanges requested during a sale period are only applicable for the exact same item. If that item is out of stock, the exchange cannot be processed.
HOW DO I SEND MY ITEM BACK?
Pack the item securely and ship it to our warehouse using any courier service of your choice. Once we receive and inspect the package, we will process your exchange promptly. A delivery fee of PKR 250 will be charged via Cash on Delivery when the replacement is sent out to you.
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS?
Ruvexis does not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items. All eligible disputes are resolved through exchange only.
