Shipping Policy

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED? We deliver to private addresses — home, workplace, or a designated drop point. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? Standard orders are delivered within 7 to 9 working days. During sale periods, allow 9 to 11 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are picked up for processing on the next working day.

During periods of high demand, orders may experience minor delays. Orders placed via online payment are subject to a standard fraud verification check before processing begins — this is to protect you. For cash on delivery orders, payment is collected at the point of delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to all orders below PKR 3,000 within Pakistan.

WHICH COURIER WILL HANDLE MY ORDER? This depends on your delivery area and shipment type. You will be notified by email with your courier details and tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

WHAT IF I'M NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY? Your order will be held at the courier's facility. The courier will contact you to arrange redelivery. Two redelivery attempts will be made — if the order cannot be collected after both attempts, it will be returned to us.
